RE: Long Term Carry Trade
I am abroad at the moment so relying on charts on my mobile and none of my software.

I have the move up from 7963 to 8014 as a strong candidate for a five. In EWT terms it counts well as an Impulsive IMO, with the sub wave 3rd also looking like one.

Its starting level has since been retrended, so that would mean it was an A in an irregular 4th, with some or all of the RTB contained in the move to 7050, or even the whole of the RTB, and C4 and final 5th........

Any thoughts on whether I am on to something or way off beam?

Cheers theory

TM I see the first correction in that wave you describe as an A not an ABC. I am talking about from .7973 down to .7964 which has no 3 wave that I can see. So I count that wave you describe as a C4.

Thanks for that, it is the best alternative I could have hoped for. On what I could see, the important area look ok for a three but if it was a five!

I have had a series of break even and small loss trades, with the odd decent winner thrown in; until this one. Some should have been more profitable but I kept using them to set up free trades that got stopped out.

Used the "two for the price of one" idea I have mentioned on here to enter at 7956 and 7958.

If either one, or both, was the top of a C4 at some degree.........

Cheers theory
