Stumbled across the book from Amazon and then recognized Tom's name from the STAR system.

Anyway I think the discovery of the rule is incredible. There was always something too voodoo about Elliot Wave, but this is very concrete. Congratulations to Tom, don't know if he will get the wide recognition, but this work is genius.
