Current pattern in e$
Good day all,
Being new to the group and new rule theory I will only pose a question.
The eur/usd as well as many other instruments appear to be in a w4 at his time and as I anticipated the complexity of the pattern continues.
Having only just read and not fully digested the new rule, my problem stems from the identification of sub-degree within the wave (funny how things seem to be clearing up as I write) but the labeling of the rtb seems to reverse the counting, at least initially, unless i'm misunderstanding the e-book.
I had identified the propensity for an irregular flat correction in w4 as well as other corrective anomalies prior to becoming aware of this new rule.
Yet I'm still more comfortable counting the classic 3's as in an apparent dbl zig zag w4 and yet I seem to come up with the same count as proposed. My count on the eur/usd currently is the final wave C of a dbl ZZ in w4 or wave z of w4
Also, I'm not totally sure prior instances where I've counted an extension in the first wave would be invalidated, or should be.

Gee, it would seem I have trouble forming questions. Probably not unusual for ellioticiansSmile
Guess I'm really just working my way through understanding the differences.
Val

In a reply to myself,, after a little sleep and a closer look, I am now able to see the light through the labelingWink
Very interesting concept as it explains more clearly the settlement of smaller degrees in arriving at the 5th of 5,, I always did this but it was nearly impossible in real time.

RE: Current pattern in e$
Hi Val, I have the move starting late on Feb 18th labeled as an abcde, with a prolonged e. That's according to the old rules. I'm getting a bit nervous to miss the bottom right now - because I expect wave 2 to retrace all the way up to that leading diagonal in i of 1.

Ruby, I think we should move this thread over to the thread "Labeling eur/usd"
